The Board will review draft updates for the Uniform Water Supply & Purchase Agreement and the Ordinance Establishing Regulations and Rules for Water Sales at the April Board meeting and provide feedback to Staff. Final approval will be scheduled for the May Board Meeting, with proper public noticing.
