Changes in District Leadership
After thirteen years of impeccable service, Alfred White has retired from the Board of Trustees effective June 4, 2024. He leaves behind a legacy of collaboration, partnership, and relationship building. The District recognizes and appreciates Al's dedication to serve the public as a Trustee of the District and he will be greatly missed, though at his request, no fuss will be made. Thanks for everything, Al!
The District posted a Notice of Vacancy and followed the requirements for appointing a new Trustee.
On July 1, 2024, the Board of Trustees of the Mendocino County Russian River Flood Control & Water Conservation Improvement District (RRFC) appointed Dave Koball to the vacant Board seat, created with the resignation of Al White. Trustee Koball was assigned as the District alternate Commissioner to the Mendocino County Inland Water & Power Commission. Welcome, Dave!
